Software Support Specialist

The Software Support Specialist is the problem solver for existing customers. They troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and resolve issues in the least amount of time with little to no effort from the customer/partner.

As a Software Support Specialist, the typical day includes:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues within the SalesPad software suite;
  • Building sustainable, trusting relationships with customers;
  • Documenting, escalating, and redirecting issues to the correct resources;
  • Following up with customers to understand the issue and provide a resolution;
  • Prioritizing multiple tickets at one time to meet resolution SLAs;
  • Collaborating with teammates to solve complex customer issues.

This job is for you if:

  • You have technical skills, strong understanding of how applications work, troubleshooting applications with database back ends;
  • You have 2+ years of experience in application software support;
  • You have a basic understanding of how the wholesale distribution industry works;
  • You have a passion for providing world class customer service;
  • You have good emotional intelligence and communicate like a pro;
  • You are focused and have a strong sense of ownership;
  • You put company and customer first, and expect your coworkers to do the same;
  • You’re good at asking the what and understanding the why;
