The Software Support Specialist is the problem solver for existing customers. They provide assistance to
our partners and clients by answering questions, investigating issues, and delivering resolutions to help
make the customer’s operations a success.


As a Software Support Specialist, the typical day includes:


  • Communicating with Customers regularly and professionally
  • Building sustainable, trusting relationships with customers while troubleshooting
  • Walking customers through the problem-solving processes
  • Tracking, escalating, and redirecting issues to the correct resources
  • Following up with customers, giving feedback, and providing resolution to customer issues
  • Recording, documenting, and closing support tickets
