Sales Operations Analyst

SalesPad is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will
support and shape the company’s rapidly growing sales team
through process innovation and operational execution. Partnering with the Director of
Technical Sales, the Sales Operations Analyst will support revenue team efforts through
process automation and improvements, reporting and analytics, and by driving the development
and ongoing administration of the sales team tech stack. This role requires a candidate who is
highly organized and analytical, with the ability to synthesize data and make sound business
recommendations to the team.
Duties Include:
 Drive and improve sales process efficiency by identifying gaps, and evaluating/
implementing new ideas, tools or processes;
 Owning the end-to-end process of tracking and analyzing the sales funnel from lead to
customer and delivering regular insights to the business;
 Oversee the complete revenue organization’s tech stack (SFDC, Google Suite,
InsideView, Conga, Pardot) to ensure maximum efficiencies between applications;
 Manage and oversee the revenue operations tech budget as well as lead cost reduction
initiatives to drive down tech spend over time;
 Play a leading role in the administration, customization and development of our SFDC
instance;
 Ensure data integrity with the appropriate level of automation, data validation and user
training;
 Work with Sales Enablement to seamlessly provide support and training to the Sales
organization;
 Work with Finance, HR, Dev-Ops and other functions to leverage Salesforce, our single
'source of truth' for operational efficiencies and intelligence;
 Develop compelling reports and KPIs at the direction of sales leadership.

This is the job for you if:
 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations in similar environments,
 You possess extensive knowledge of SaaS business models and B2B channel structures;
 You pay strong attention to detail, have a can-do attitude, and the ability to meet tight
deadlines;
 You have strong communication skills and are comfortable presenting to senior
leadership;
 You have proven experience with the systems/tools utilized for sales operations
processes such as Salesforce, Excel, etc;
 You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, rapidly
changing environment in order to create and develop actionable recommendations;
 You earned a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or other quantitative discipline;
 You are self-motivated, hard-working and strive to be the best version of yourself daily;
 You are a Salesforce.com super-user (Salesforce Certified Administrator) and have
familiarity with its app ecosystem;

 You have knowledge of six sigma process improvement methodologies, or a desire to
learn six sigma process improvement methodologies;
