SalesPad is seeking a driven, experienced Territory Manager to expand our product’s footprint in the market. This role will focus on converting inbound and outbound new opportunities to close. A successful candidate is a persistent go-getter with strong communication skills to cultivate relationships from first contact. The candidate should also be a self-starter and willing to dig deep to reach or exceed quota.

 

Responsibilities

 

-Sell our product line to prospective clients while using an outcomes based approach

-Work closely with our technical sales team to present products to prospective clients

-Bring opportunities through the sales funnel to close

-Maintain communication with prospective clients by calling and emailing

-Prepare paperwork to activate new sales such as quotes, proposals and customer profiles

-Diligently maintain a detailed log of prospective client contacts and sales activities in the SalesPad CRM system

-Stay current with SalesPad’s product lines and custom development options

-Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market to augment pipeline

-Vigorously maintain a robust pipeline

-Report to the CRO on monthly sales results

-Supply feedback to the CRO on opportunity quality, funnel effectiveness, and engagement efforts based on interactions with prospects

 

Requirements 

 

-The ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate a robust business software solution

-A professional, creative and dynamic presence

-The ability to communicate with people at all levels

-Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and evolving environment

-Possess an unrelenting work ethic

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

-7+ years sales experience, minimum 3 years in technology sales. 

-Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation software (Salesforce and Pardot experience a plus)
