Sales Development Representative (SDR)

SalesPad is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. This role will focus on inbound lead qualification, moving leads into and through the beginning stages of the sales funnel, and scheduling discovery calls. A successful candidate is a persistent go-getter with strong communication skills to cultivate relationships from first contact. 


As a Sales Development Representative, the typical day includes:

  • Converting and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns to sales opportunities;
  • Researching leads promptly when they enter the funnel, determine and quickly execute next steps;
  • Contacting inbound and outbound leads through calls and emails;
  • Identifying client needs before the opportunity are handed off to a sales representative;
  • Setting up meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives;
  • Staying current with SalesPad’s product lines and custom development options;
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market;
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales on monthly sales results;
  • Supplying feedback to the sales team on lead quality, funnel effectiveness, and engagement efforts based on their interactions with leads.

  • You have experience with CRM and Marketing Automation software (Salesforce a plus);
